Why exercise in winter months

The winter is an excellent opportunity to do exercise and prepare for the Summer. You don't need  a gym, there are exercise that you can do in the comfort of your own home.  After finishing any type of exercise stretching will help your muscles up, and prepare your body for more demanding exercises.

Dehydration makes you feel tired. The right amount of water will help your heart pump your blood more effectively, and water can help your blood transport oxygen and other essential nutrients to your cells. Water also helps energize your muscles and prevents cramping. This is especially important if you find yourself tired at the gym. You should drink two cups of water about two hours before you exercise.

Remember, the most important is that you wear the appropriate clothing and shoes for the activity you choose.
Here are my favorite excersices:
1) Yoga
2) Pilates
3) Zumba
4) Run
5) Cycle
